Jessica Powell is a functional nutritionist. I am passionate about helping people get the most out of their lives through diet and lifestyle changes. I work with clients looking to address chronic health conditions, avoid or lessen autoimmune diseases, and improve symptoms of menopause. I look at all inputs of a client’s lifestyle to find opportunities to make adjustments to be their best selves. I have my master's in human clinical nutrition from Maryland University of Integrated Health.
Before I discovered my love for health and wellness, I worked in corporate finance and marketing, and I spent several years at home with small children. I understand the challenges of incorporating lifestyle changes into a hectic lifestyle. I am here to meet you where you are at and guide you through your wellness journey.
