Amanda Scanlon is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience in mental health. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, American Counseling Association and The Menopause Society (previously known as North Americans Menopause Society).

Amanda was a senior therapist and supervisor for child and family services at a community mental health clinic before co-founding a successful private practice in Hinsdale, IL in 2003.  While Amanda has worked with an array of presenting problems plaguing children, teenagers, and families, she has recently focused on helping people of all ages alleviate symptoms of anxiety and achieve wellness. Additionally, Amanda has developed an interest in helping woman navigate perimenopause and menopause symptoms.

Jessica Powell is a functional nutritionist. She is passionate about helping people get the most out of their lives through diet and lifestyle changes. Jessica works with clients looking to address chronic health conditions, avoid or lessen autoimmune disease symptoms, enhance their diet to maximize the effects of GLP-1 medications, and improve symptoms of menopause. She will look at all inputs of a client’s lifestyle to find opportunities to make adjustments to be their best selves. Jessica has her master's in human clinical nutrition from Maryland University of Integrated Health.

Before Jessica discovered a love for health and wellness, she worked in corporate finance and marketing and then spent several years at home with her children. Jessica understands the challenges of incorporating lifestyle changes into a hectic life. She is here to meet you where you are and guide you through your wellness journey.
