Approach
As a functional nutritionist, I take a functional medicine approach to client care, working to identify the root cause of your concerns — including current issues and disease prevention — with the understanding that every individual is unique, and a client-centric approach is essential.
An intro session lasts up to 90 minutes. In that session, we’ll cover your goals and objectives, current symptoms, health history, family health history, sleep, diet, movement, stress, medications, supplements, and any recent lab work. From there, we’ll work together to develop and adjust a plan so you can feel your best and achieve your goals within the framework of your life.
Clients typically work with me for an average of 10 sessions to address specific issues, but I also offer longer-term health coaching.
