How do I schedule an appointment?

If you are ready to schedule an appointment, simply contact us or call the office and we will personally schedule your initial appointment of discovery call.

What happens on the free consultative call?

This is a chance for us to introduce ourselves, answer your questions, and learn about your goals. We’ll share more about our approach and explore how we can work together to help you feel your best.

What happens at my first appointment?

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you—your goals, your needs, and your unique story. Whether we’re focusing on mind, body, or taking a holistic approach, we aim to find what works best for you. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how we can work together and the steps we’ll take to move toward the results you’re looking for.

What can care plans look like?

We offer both in-person and virtual appointments, depending on what works best for you.

  • For mental health counseling, sessions are typically 55 minutes and held weekly.
  • For functional nutrition, the initial intake session is about 90 minutes, followed by 45-minute check-ins every other week.

That said, everyone’s needs and timelines are unique—we’re happy to adjust the frequency of sessions to best support you.
