Please note that the below applies to mental heath services, not our nutrition services.

Mental Health Service Fees

Assessment Sessions $175
55 Minute Therapy Sessions $150

Mental Health Services & Insurance
For Mental Health Services (not nutrition services), we contract with Aetna PPO and BlueCross and BlueShield PPO. All other insurance plans are considered out-of-network. Clients are responsible for all copays, deductibles, and any uncovered costs. *Before your initial appointment, please check with your insurance provider to:

   2. Understand coverage per session
   3. Understand how many sessions are covered
   4. If applicable – Understand if you’re eligible for potential reimbursement for out of network providers.

Nutrition Service Fees
Nutrition services are offered on a fee-for-service basis, which means insurance is not accepted for these services. During your complimentary initial phone consultation, your provider will explain the nutrition program and provide an estimate of the current fees for nutrition counseling and related services.

Office Location

You can find us centrally located in downtown Glen Ellyn, on the northeast corner of Main and Crescent. Adjacent to the railroad tracks, we encourage you to arrive a tad early, just in case a train arrives. If the street parking is full, there are the Main Street and Civic Center parking garages.

Telehealth

Telehealth is available. If you prefer this option, please discuss it with your provider when scheduling and they will give you the access details.

New Client Forms & Paperwork

When you become a new client, we’ll send you a link to fill out your intake forms. Please fill out the forms at your earliest convenience so we may provide you with the best possible experience.175
